It’s our personal promise to you. A one-time repair or replacement of the piece - free of charge. We may repair or replace the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturer defects. Warranty is voided on user damage issues. The warranty does not cover lost/stolen items.
In the event that a product is returned and adheres to our warranty following a full quality inspection, a repair will be carried out or replacement product will be issued. If no replacement is available the customer may choose a product of the same or lesser value as their replacement but no cash refund will be made.
