All orders are packaged and processed within 24 hours and then sent on their way to you! For US-based orders, you can expect to receive yours in 5-10 days. However, deliveries to the rest of the world can take anywhere from 7-15 days. You’ll receive a more in-depth breakdown in the shipping confirmation email.
Absolutely, you’ll be able to know the whereabouts of your product from the very second it leaves our warehouse. Please note that the tracking code will only become effective after it has been processed and sent out. This tracking number will be sent to you in the shipping confirmation email so please double check your inbox if you can’t find it!
To ensure you receive your package safely only order to secure locations such as your home. Also, make sure to double-check your address before you order. Then make sure that you check with your neighbours who may have received your package. If you still can’t find it you may find that it has been returned to the post office in which case you should contact the courier directly and arrange for it to be re-delivered.
This depends on where you’re based, we use a selection of different companies to ensure that you get your order as soon as possible. This is a mixture of national and international couriers.

Each Aureli piece is constructed from different materials and undergoes a 5x PVD plating process where it is dipped in either: 14K Solid Gold or 925 Sterling Silver, Rose Gold and more. This process allows our jewelry to last for years to come, without you having to shell out a bunch of money. We are constantly striving to improve on this process so you can expect regular product improvements in the coming months.
To start off, PVD or physical vapor deposition is a process that applies one metal (14k Gold unless otherwise stated) with another metal (stainless steel for example) and bonds them together. In other words, the gold is vaporised in a vacuum at extreme temperatures and then condenses around the other metal molecule by molecule. PVD coatings are durable and resistant to corrosion from regular wear and sweat.
Think of how good they look in the pictures, then times that by 1000. Each piece has significant weight to it, giving it that proper jewellery feel, not to mention they have the perfect shine, not too dull, not over the top, but just right.
If properly taken care of, your Aureli piece will last for 3+ years, however, if you are frequently subjecting the pieces to water, chemicals (cologne, shampoo, etc) you can expect this to reduce the lifespan a little. Like all high-quality jewellery, it’s imperative that you take proper care of your piece.
Your jewellery should be kept dry and ideally stored in the dust bag provided, or any other anti-tarnish fabric container.
If your climate is humid, we suggest placing a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area.
Avoid storing the jewellery with rubber products and always remove your jewellery when swimming, showering, applying colognes, perfumes, lotions, or other chemical products.
We create our pieces with exceptionally high-quality PVD plating to ensure you the jewellery that lasts for years to come. However, high-quality jewellery still requires care and attention.
Swimming, especially in salt or high-temperature water will shorten the lifespan of your jewellery. Chlorine can permanently damage any gold-plated jewellery, so we suggest avoiding this. Simply remove the pieces before you go in and slip them on once you’re dry!

If for any reason you’re not happy with your order we’ll arrange for a return and a full refund or an exchange for a similar priced product. The Aureli Guarantee is what sets us apart from the rest. It entitles you to a one-time repair or replacement of the piece - free of charge. We may repair or replace the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturer defects. Warranty is voided on user damage issues. Warranty does not cover lost/stolen items.
Depending on your bank account, refund requests can sometimes take up to 10 days to process and reach your account so please be patient. If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 days, shoot us a message at email@example.com and we’ll sort it out for you.
You will not be eligible for a partial refund if a promotion goes live after you ordered. Make sure to keep an eye out for emails and our social media for the latest promotions and new products.
You met your credit limit
Maxing out your credit card, or reaching your card’s credit limit, is a surefire way to have your card denied.
If you use your credit card to make a purchase while traveling– simply attempting the transaction in a different city could cause an issue with your bank.
Logging a lot of credit card activity in different locations (both domestic and internationally) raises a red flag to credit card issuers that your card may be stolen. As a result, your issuer may lock your accounts and prevent any purchases from going through in order to protect your information.
To avoid losing access to funds while traveling, notify your bank and credit card issuers of your travel plans in advance.
If you splurge on a spending spree or save up and make one big purchase, your credit card issuer may flag your account. Similar to travel, any card activity that’s outside of your ordinary spending habits may trigger fraud protection and lead to your issuer freezing your account, causing a card decline.
Again, notifying your credit card issuer of your spending changes helps to fend off account locks.
Incorrect payment information
When attempting to make your purchase, especially online or via mobile app, it’s easy to enter a digit of your credit card number, expiration date or security code incorrectly. Or perhaps your billing address is outdated. These could all be simple explanations for a declined transaction. Double check your card information to ensure it’s correct. In that case, you may need to contact your issuer to clear up any misunderstanding.
After you miss a payment for the first time, you should contact your issuer and settle the missed payment as quickly as possible. But if you have a history of missed payments, you may find your card getting declined at the register, even if you’re just a few days past your due date.
An expired or deactivated credit card
Trying to use an expired card or a deactivated account will nearly always result in having your transaction declined.
There’s a hold on your card
Large purchases can also become a problem when a hold is placed on your credit card. Rental car companies and hotels may put a hold on your credit card that isn’t lifted until a few days after check out, or you return the vehicle.
